As a production planner focussing on sustainability and waste reduction, you will be able to see the positive impact your work has on the community that we create delicious products for.This role will see you build meaningful relationships with our customers, ensuring that we can do what we say we can when we say we can whilst considering efficiencies and business process. Optimisation is at the heart of this role, focussing on where we can make improvements and gain quick wins as well as the equally important longer game improvement strategies. Role ResponsibilitiesInternal stakeholder engagement across departments (e.g. operations, procurement and logistics) on planning effortsEngagement in Sales and Operations Planning activities, with data helping you to make confident decisions Execute planning for our new products production to ensure a successful launch so that our delicious treats are in hands sooner Mapping out of optimised production runs through efficient use of resources (E.g. The Role

Role Responsibilities

  • Internal stakeholder engagement across departments (e.g. operations, procurement and logistics) on planning efforts

  • Mapping out of optimised production runs through efficient use of resources (E.g. People, Machines)
  • Managing safety stocks of finished goods throughout the business.
  • Negotiate and maintain sales schedules and shelf-life expectations to support the production planning operation.

Requirements:

  • Degree level qualification in a field related to supply chain or 2 years planning experience
  • Knowledge and experience working with ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Power BI and Power Query exposure will be highly regarded
