The Role:
The Key Account Executive supports the National Business Manager in managing and growing key customer accounts within the relevant sales channels. This role involves assisting in business development, account planning, sales analysis, and building relationships to help ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist the National Business Manager in maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
- Work with the team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Support with customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Track and analyse account performance, providing regular reports on sales trends and key metrics
- Support the development of sales presentations and data analysis to aid in decision-making
- Assist in forecasting and planning by gathering and organising relevant sales data
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support the execution of promotional activities
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide feedback to improve future initiatives
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years in a sales support role, ideally in FMCG.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortability presenting to customers
- Happy to work in a role that balances building relationships with customers with administrative tasks
