The role of the Business Development Executive is to assist the organisations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for driving the growth and distribution of the Hunt and Brew and Brownes Dairy range across both Retail and out of home channels.You will have a positive can-do attitude, the ability to self-manage and work with multiple priorities, strong relationship management, exceptional planning, organization and communication skills, with a results driven passion.Existing FMCG sales experience preferred.About the RoleThis role is responsible for developing and implementing growth opportunities across new and existing markets. The role requires maintenance of current customer relationships, regular reporting and call cycle visits, whilst aiming to grow the overall distribution of each brand in the market.The role will work towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s, as well as require a degree of flexibility to meet customer expectations with assisting marketing initiatives such as sampling and product demonstrations at various events.What we offerOn offer to the successful candidate will be a competitive salary plus sales incentive and benefits including company vehicle, phone and iPad. All applications will be treated with the utmost confidence.
